I work for a company called Ashoka.org. I would like you to design a logo that uses the letters "MWE" incorporated into an African drum. Before meetings my team get in a circle and play our drums, together. The drum we use is called a djembe or jembe, which is a rope-tuned skin-covered goblet drum played with bare hands, originally from West Africa. Here is an example of the drums: http://www.drumlady.com/

The idea for "Mwe" came out of a team retreat when we tried to describe our team values. "Mwe" is a combination of Me and We, and it encompasses all our values, such as:

- Self-reflection (me)
- Team support (we)
- Integrity (Mwe)
- Humbleness (Mwe)
- Connection (we)
- Leading as team (we) but being accountable for own’s responsibility/actions

But to put into separate words, I would say that always being aware of me & we equally vs. leaning towards only me (western culture) or only we (eastern culture) allows us to try new things, identify and encourage individual talent without fear since we know that we support each other as a team. So both individual growth and team growth goes hand in hand as we exert our individual strengths in full but have the trust that teammates will fill each other’s weaknesses to achieve a shared goal, in turn, making our team larger than the sum of its parts.

We work for Ashoka, a nonprofit organization that financially supports nearly 4000 social entrepreneurs (or fellows), globally. Ashoka has offices in 40 countries and was founded in 1980. Some examples of Ashoka's fellows include the founders of Wikipedia and Kiva. This logo project is for Ashoka's Global Finance team.".

I would like to see if you can create an African Djembe Drum out of these words while incorporating the spirit of the letters.

We will use the logo for internal purposes. It will get painted on our wall. We'll stick it on our internal memos that go Board Members and global colleagues alike. And, we'll use it on our intranet web page and at team retreats.
