    Hi and thanks for your interest. I'm looking for a highly original logo that will stand out as a symbol for my brand. I do not want a design with a yin yang symbol, acupuncture needle, or something cliche. I'd like for it to be more abstract but reminiscent of my industry.

    Vital Center Nourishing Life Arts is the name of my clinic where I practice acupuncture & bodywork, sell herbs and teas, and teach qigong classes (a Chinese form of yoga). I need you, Dear Designer, to create a logo for me that looks professional but also hip. Something that would look good as a stamp or sticker. I'd like it to be equally intriguing for both men and women.

    'Vital center' is a reference to the "dantian" or area just below the navel. The most central and vital part of the human organism. Using this name is also an attempt at creating a feel that this is a venue ("center") where one can expand, nourish, and improve one's vitality. My ideal patient base includes higher income active lifestyle enthusiasts (climbers, martial artists, yoga practitioners, hikers, & other movers) as well as people who are seeking some sort of peace in their lives which they have yet to find.

    Are you familiar with brands like Prana, Lululemon, Arcteryx, Anthropologie, Patagonia, Free People? The people who shop at these stores, these are the people I'd like to work with.

    I like the idea of somehow creating a visual reference in the design to the dantian, whether that be abstract or somehow literal. In my head, I imagine the "Vital Center" in larger letters and the "Nourishing Life Arts" in a smaller or different font, but I'm not an artist/designer.
