    The primary business is residential real estate investment for the rental market. "Fair Winds" is a reference to the Navy good wish phrase "fair winds and following seas." The most important design element for the logo will be the suggestion of favorable wind. Even though some of the logos I checked as liking have rooftops or roof lines in them, this is not as necessary as the wind element. The logo can be fairly abstract.
