We are working on a complete website redesign for www.cufflinks.com and looking for a new logo that appeals to a larger group of personas/audiences, including:

Male Millennials
Male Fashion Consious
Male Trend Setters
Male Formal Shoppers
Female Gift Givers
Corporate buyers
Event Buyers (weddings, fathers day, etc)

Cufflinks.com has expanded it's merchandising to be more than cufflinks, and that needs to come out in the logo, as we sell cufflinks, tie bars, ties, socks, soon to be shirts and many other men's accessories. Need to move away from current/dated logo which is formal wear only. cufflinks, and other accessories are in the causal fashion wear as well.

We want cufflinks to be the mens accessories source for products, and soon to be fashion insights, blog, how-to, spring, fall fashion and other men's related fashion insights.

The logo needs to be professional, upscale (not cartoon), no more than 3 colors, simple but clear.

Consider a few facets:

consider using negative space (like fedex (arrows), nbc (peacock), etc.
don't use noun project, go deeper

also think about the enthusiast and or fanatics that wants to accessories with his favorite movie icon or sports.
Unique gifts for many outside interest, or be unique/different.
