Rainbows and fucking unicorns

A fun, cute and sexy professional-looking logo is required for a personal blog website, which will be predominantly be reviewing male bara (muscle) art cartoons, gay adult videos, and muscle growth erotic stories. There may be occasional non-adult content as well, such as bodybuilding articles or queer/vegan news. While the content of the site might be somewhat pornographic at times, the logo should still be mostly playful and light-hearted.

For context, the name of the site is 'rainbows and fucking unicorns' - as in the sense of being exasperated at someone who has a head full of exuberant, fun and wildly inappropriate imaginary fantasies. The 'and' can be replaced by an ampersand character (&) if desired. 'Rainbows' can be taken as a reference to the gay/queer content focus, and 'fucking unicorns' as the adult fantasies in a literal sense, but also just weird and unusual ideas in a more metaphorical sense. While I'm open to the idea of a censored alternate version (ie 'f**king'), preferably the main logo is not censored.

I've had one attempt at this already via paying another talented designer directly, who came up with a really cool mascot cartoon character that I like, but I'm afraid the logo text and colour scheme isn't quite what I was looking for. I've attached this image, feel free to build on these elements if desired, or come up with something completely different (illustrator AI file available on request). Note my main concerns with the previous logo are that the 'rainbow' colours are a bit too garishly bright - I prefer more muted colour gradients that skew towards pinkish purples, aqua greens and sky blues (the idea being these would blend well with dark grey elements). Also, the font and text positioning isn't quite right - I don't mind the playful, rounded style but this version doesn't mesh that well with page text that is going to be in a clean, sans serif modern font. Finally - the highlight colour of bright red shorts on the mascot isn't a colour that I would want to clash with the theme on the blog page.

I'm quite open to alternate ideas for layout and presentation, so please get as creative as you like! My main preferences are that the logo contains a character/mascot of some kind, and balances being playful while still looking professional, and masculine while still being a little quirky.
