Anti Surveillance Non-profit Website Design required

What is your organization or website name?
Advanced Sensor Fusion GmbH
Briefly describe what you do and your target audience.
We want to start an public awareness campaign how citizen's are really surveillanced.
So the target group are all People interested in protecting their privacy, or governmental misconduct generally.

The main 3 points we would like to communicate:
- the hardware the audience buys is first of all built to spy on them. what the audience sees is just a part of its capabilities and meant to attract them, to pay and deploy it
- a standard computer transceives data over the Powerline, hidden channels in ethernet cabling and the flat screen which acts as a hidden radio transceiver
- many electronic components especially integrated circuits are already bugs, with some public function

What content must be included?
illustrations for these facts are essential.
We supply sources, references and a text which includes the information, written by a non native speaker.
We further supply a tutorial, that interested individuals are able to verify some of the claims with home equipment.
It is your responsibility to adapt that text to be nicely readable by a broad audience.

The webpage should include the following topics:

- The big picture (Mainpage, historical and current technological outline, appeal for more information)
- Attestable by documents
- Confirmable by experiment (tutorials)
- Indicators for unproven capabilities

The webpage must be able to be fully functional offline. e.g. if delivered with usb-sticks or DVDs.
For revision control it is important, that each subtopic is in a separate file.
It should be easy to add or change text and pictures.

Maybe there are Countermeasures. you don't get into jail when you work on it, but you get threatened by gangstalking, or a petitions in lunacy.
