    What is your organization or website name?
    TechGemba
    Briefly describe what you do and your target audience.
    TechGemba is a managed services company focused better security and productivity for small to medium-sized business. TechGemba is inspired by the owner's time working with a large Japanese company. Principles of TechGemba are continuous improvement, lean (eliminate wasted effort), communication, mutual respect and knowledge sharing. We not only want to earn business, but partner with the community by communicating security threats and best practices through a future social media presence.

    The service/products s we will sell are Remote Monitoring and Management, Antivirus, Hosted Exchange, Microsoft Office 365 and Offsite Backups. TechGemba is located in the Midwest United States, which is a traditional part of the country. The customers we want to attract are forward thinking but practical.

    TechGemba's website should be edgy but professional... balance techy and fun. Support diversity but not too flashy. I put number of design pages as one but open to suggestions.

    What ideas do you have for the style/theme of your website design?
    Gemba is the Japanese word for the place where value is created. TechGemba wants to create value for our partners. Lean manufacturing inspired, the theme could focus on flow, process, value. One of our favorite quotes is by Leonardo DaVinci.. "Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication."
    What would you like on each page?
    Page 1 - I would like my landing page to flow downward when a link is clicked, or they could simply scroll to see most of the content on the site.
