A leading Real Estate firm, New Heights Real Estate wanted a unique, catchy, fun logo for their residential Real Estate business. And after much research, they decided to launch a guaranteed logo design contest on Designhill’s crowdsourcing platform in order to get prolific choices for their logo design.
The company submitted its design requirements and closely monitored the submitted entries. They also offered timely feedback and reviews throughout the contest. The winning design will also appear on their merchandise such as printed T-shirts and mugs.
New Heights Real Estate did not provide any specific design brief in terms of color combinations, style, font shapes and sizes. However, the company wanted the graphic designers to come out with creative, unusual, catchy, contemporary and professional ideas. New Heights Real Estate clearly indicated that they wanted to envision their business values and characteristics through their logo. As a result, they wanted a design that appeared seemingly matured. They wanted to make sure that their logo exhibits their business inclination towards luxury and modern living projects. In addition, they wanted their design to look contemporary yet simple and loud yet subtle.
As soon as this exciting contest opened, it started pouring in creatively inspiring designs from the designer community. Participating designers used different techniques, tools and themes to craft the New Heights Real Estate’s logo. The fact that this contest was well-received by designers can be assessed from the fact that majority of participating designers submitted more than one design entries.
After much discussion, Rocky from Burgenland in Austria was awarded as the winner of the contest as his design strictly adhered to client’s requisites and preferences.
The simple and subtle, yellow colored logo featuring an image in contrasting shades of blue is sure to inspire awe. The image of tower blocks covered with clouds in the centre of the logo clearly indicates the company’s vision to dot the skyline with stunning high-rises. And the name of the company in simple yet considerably large fonts embossed just below the image in the logo makes it clear that the company clearly stands a class apart when it comes to simplifying the luxurious, modern living. All in all, the logo is attractive and stylish.
