This business card design is one of my earlier works as a freelance designer along with the Imperium company logo. The cards have a clean modern look that matches the simplicity yet boldness of the company logo. This was a small local business (which specialized in home theatre installation. In our original design discussion one of the two Owners/Founders was very involved in the brainstorming process, which I rather enjoy when clients are involved, as it helps the final design be as close to their vision as possible. While we quickly decided the background would be either black or white, he was unable to decide which was going to be the solution was to do both, one for each founder. The wave of pixels as we called it was also a recurring throughout other marketing images and materials this company used. On the business card, that section along with the logo that is nearly the width of the card used the spot uv coating process as opposed to ink to give a slightly raised glossy finish to those elements. The logo on the back was added with a metallic foil stamp process finished in the logo\'s silver/red triangle. This card with multiple design / print elements was still simple and bold enough to catch anybodies eye.
