We are a soccer club participating in the mexican third división professional soccer in the city of Guaymas, Sonora in Mexico in the north part of the country. We live in a city that combines the dessert with the sea, it’s a hot and humid place and we decided that Bucaneros de Guaymas (Buccaneers from Guaymas) was the ideal name. A buccaneer was an inhabitant in the occidental part of the Isla Española, what is now known as Haití and Domincan Republic. He was dedicated to hunting cows and boars to smoke the meat and sell it to the ships who navigated the Caribbean sea.We want the logo to represent strength, bravery and passion.Tip: Use a design that contains the buccaneer wardrobe or costumes (swords, pirate hats, patches, etc.)We want to attract families and most of all kids so that they can dream one day of being a part of our team.
