• We are a business consultancy in Sweden. www.stratvise.com
• What we need: Five illustrations of teams in specific change situations (see below)
• They will be published in a “self-test” for customers, made to help define how used the customer is to change management. We have 24 questions, that each of them will lead to a sub-page from the web site where this self-test will be published. There will also be a printed version of the self-test.
Questions that need to be illustrated:
2. Do the employees feel that suggestions for change is welcomed in your organization?
8. Do you know the employees´ general attitude to change?
11. Have you identified possible ways forward, that allows you to quickly test some of them before making final descisions?
