    CommunityConex is a mobile application with the goal of connecting people with community resources. We often find ourselves alone or without support at our worst times, and hopefully this application can be used to connect with what we need. It is all about getting to the right place, all the time.

    The application will begin with listing resources available in the SD&G area (Ontario, Canada) and then expanding to other places in the province and hopefully the country. Individuals that use the app will have access to an offline database of resources (numbers, names, hours of operation) in a large directory and an individualized interview if they are unsure as to what they want to access. The goal is a community based application built by and supported by the community. Once established, the app will move into listing private resources and into different cities, provinces, countries, etc.

    For the logo, I was thinking oceanic blue, lighter blue and maybe lighter greens in a very calming manner. Maybe a ceramic jug of water pouring out gracefully. Something that represents pouring out our overflowing stressing lives by accessing resources but with a community aspect as well (maybe hands supporting or something). Target customers are those who want to access community resources but don't know where to start.

    Looking for an individual who does UX Design as well because we will then branch into that after creating the logo and business cards. We already have a programmer, just need the UX Design.
