    HappiRent is a Property Rental Management Services Company aimed to provide end-to-end Residential Rental Management Services to overseas Indians who own homes back in India. It aims to build and earn the trust of its customers and bring them complete peace of mind and happiness by taking care of their heavy and dearly investments.
    Some suggestions/guidelines for design creations (applicable both for the logo and biz card) -
    1.) HappiRent should be one word only - with H & R in Caps
    2.) i instead of y is intentional. The circle of i could/should be a smiley or anything like (which may depict happiness and joy)
    3.) The design should be playful and exhibit trust and happiness
    4.) As the company is primarily focused on Indians as its customers, tinge of Indian tricolor should also be ideally incorporated creatively
    5.) Would be nice to incorporate shades of pink as well in the overall design
    6.) Pl provide options with and without the slogan - the best would be to have the flexibility to incorporate the slogan selectively
    7.) Logo should ideally have options/flexibility to incorporate an additional word in future like plus/star/premium for premium customers

    Two more cents -
    8.) Pl. avoid using HR combo in your designs.
    9.) With your entries, pl. also show images of how your design would look on a business card
