“ The contest was a great way to get multiple ideas for my brand and logo. Then the "poll" option was fantastic as my friends and family steered me clear of about two or three designs I later realized were NOT going to be a good fit at all. Definitely use a Poll! The live chat support was great, although the response time from my designer was slower than I would have liked. Being told "be patient" after a 2 week process to get the logo designed was irritating, and I understand they have guidelines for their process, however it didn't match what I as the customer needed. Overall it was a good experience, but I might try a direct line to a top designer instead of a contest in the future. ”
