    The word "adapt" is our trade name or brand, and we are an interior design studio under the name Adapt Lifestyle Studio. We provide interior design services -- designing homes, offices and commercial spaces. We produce and sell interior design goods such as home decor, office decor, furniture pieces and other items originally designed by our company. The "adapt" logo will have the word "INTERIORS" under it; alternatively, "FURNITURE", "DECOR" and the like.

    "adapt" is our name as our designs are molded into our clients' changing preferences and needs. We believe that spaces should be made to fit or "adapt" to the needs of its occupants, instead of the other way around. Design trends come and go, but we strive to create designs that are relevant.

    We are looking for a no frills yet sophisticated logo that communicates a feel of "adapting." We like the minimalist yet stylized look, but not generic. Please do not use very common fonts such as Arial, Times New Roman, Century Gothic, etc. We want to communicate professionalism and that we are serious about our jobs, but not too uptight or stiff. We need the logo to look good against both dark and light backgrounds. It would be a plus if the logo would consist of either: 1) a symbol or image AND the stylized word "adapt", or 2) the words would in itself be the logo or image consisting of a play of the letters or a play of forms. Of course we are open to suggestions and other ideas.

    It would be great if entries will have a sentence or two explaining the design so we can evaluate entries better. Thanks!
