    Our target audience are the managers of development project in industry, strong in delivery of hardware / mechanics but weak in embedded software with feeling that sw developers / subcontractors are not manageable. Second target audience are SW development teams, which cannot speak same language with HW/Mechanic project management. Our role is to understand both sides and moderate the discussion in between

    I want to create new logo, this one is cannot be used due to legal restrictions, but I like a style.

    Soft in a name have to represent Software / ease of use. Synergy have to show transfer of knowledge from different domains (automotive, railway, aerospace)

    We are consulting company / auditors, mentors trainers. We want to target mid sized companies to provide them expertise gathered from successful corporations / big size companies. We also want to expand to area of driving subcontractors of software parts, for our customers.

    Appearance to the audience have to show that we are interconnecting different industries and providing ease in business.

    Have to be light enough, abstract, possible to use in presentations / web / printed materials.
