    The BNB was built in 1948 and is located in a small mountain town designated as a historic landmark. The brand should have a high end nostalgic feeling. The town is located in the foothills and surrounded by mountains there is hiking and fishing nearby as well as endless wineries to explore. We want people to feel excited about coming to enjoy the experience of the area as well as relaxing and escaping.

    The C street Cottages are located in a remodeled 1948 house and detached building, there are a total of three units. These units are currently being updated with high end furnishings, bedding and linens to attract people that want to enjoy a nice week or weekend. The cottages Located in Jacksonville Oregon where the whole town is designated a historic landmark and walking down the street is a walk back in time, it looks like an old western/ mining town. There are numerous hiking and mountain biking trails throughout the Rogue Valley as well as fishing and rafting the rogue river and multiple lakes close by. In addition there are many restaurants in town and an annual music festival. The area is also known for great wineries and is a destination for folks looking to explore the wine region.
