    Looking for logo that's easy to remember, recognizable, and clever. Prefer text and logo to be integrated somehow that will still allow the logo portion to be used separately. Should use no more than 2 colors (different shades count as one color). Prefer greens, browns, possibly oranges and yellows. No lawn mowing imagery. Our company offers creative and natural touch to landscaping, gardening, and lawn care in the Northeast USA. OK to play on the double meaning of our name "Lush" so long as it still looks like we are a landscaping company, for example use of flower or tree shaped like a margarita or martini glass, sun wedges, or cardinal on a branch or sprigs as garnishment. And we hope someone attempts this and see if it can be pulled off. But above all, the idea is to convey that our company provides lushness with a natural and creative approach. We are personable, serious about doing gardening the correct way, yet fun. Our target customers are those who don't want the cookie cutter approach so we need to stand out from the crowd.

    Update: Lush means vibrant growth but it also has references to a party drinker. We aren't drinkers ourselves but we'd like to twist the double meaning to our favor by implying we are addicted to gardening. I understand this would be difficult to accomplish. Some suggestions would be a logo that has a tree or plant (nice basic flower) with the hidden shape of a martini or margarita glass perhaps with a sun wedge on its edge. Or, a simple watering can filling up the plant in the shape of the glass, as if filling up a drink. These are just suggestions and you can come up with your own. If this is pulled off successfully (looks good and clearly shows what we do) and professionally it would be given high preference as winner. This should be reserved as your wild card for your last or second to last design.
