We are looking for a vector logo design for tabletop game accessories (mainly D&D dice sets).

We think the typographic part of the logo is going to play a lesser role, so please concentrate your efforts on the graphic part. The whole logo will be monochrome, so use b&w only.

The main requirement for the graphic part of the logo is that it should consist of three separate elements — stylistically uniform representations of three classic fantasy races: humans, elves and dwarves. They should be put in a row, side by side. See reference #1 to get the rough idea of what we are looking for.

The easiest and safest way to get that representation is obviously to draw a human, a dwarf and an elf. Full body, half-body, head only — what matters the most is that it must be obvious what is the race of the creature you're looking at (the logo should be attractive obviously). You can also achieve this by drawing 3 symbols: runic pattern for dwarves, woven pattern for elves, etc. Or perhaps 3 tools that represent the three races, e.g. a runic picaxe for dwarves and a exquisite bow for elves. It's up to you. Be wary however, as D&D is a roleplaying game, and oftentimes the fun part of the game lies in straying away from obvious stereotypes.

The main idea behind the logo is to get a recognizable authentic (i.e. classic) representation of any given race.
So the "dwarf in the logo" should invoke the image of the more ore less brutal dwarven race, not that of cute gnomes.

If you stick with the full/half-body drawing/silhouette we suggest using the following combination:
Human wizard/Elven archer/Dwarven warrior or miner (the optimal way to represent this one is to just give him a pickaxe).

The requirements might look like a handful, but we encourage sticking to minimalistic style, so your main effort will probably be thinking of a good concept, not putting long hours into actual drawing. Feel free to use the same basis/poses for all three. Using intricate patterns is not recommended, as the logo will be mainly printed/hot-stamped on textile/fabric, miniscule details will most probably be lost. So be bold, use thick lines or even just one splash silhouette per race — whatever you think works best.

As for the typographic part of the logo — it should be under the graphic part and say "minmax". Using lowercase characters only is preferable, but ultimately it's up to you.
