**Please read my description for ideas of design elements I would like included. Many of the logos submitted so far do not include any of these elements. I would very much like to see how a designer could incorporate an alchemy transmutation circle with these other elements. That is more the path that I am looking to pursue**

I am looking for a logo that bridges the gap between new technology and the archaic elements of alchemy. As a digital imaging technician I am responsible for helping the director of photography create the look of his scene. I am responsible for camera settings, color balance and exposure of the image. While much of this is done digitally and with new technology, the basics of what we do is still rooted in the original forms of analog film with just shaping light on set and determining how it hits the camera sensor. I would like the logo to steer towards the alchemy side of things with something like a transmutation circle incorporated into the design as a big part of what I do is transforming light into a completely different image than what your eye sees. Hence the emphasis on alchemy in my company's name. Alchemy is defined as the transformation of matter. So in this regard, light into data/electricity. I am also in charge of handling all media on set and sending out graded images to everyone that views it on set. While my company represents me in my individual duties, it is also in charge of all of my equipment rental and additional rentals to other jobs outside of the one I am working on. Design elements I am interested in incorporating include; alchemy transmutation circles, camera iris ring and f-stops, the camera shutter, digital aspects such as circuit board components and 1's and 0's, science beakers and the color spectrum or light prism. I am also open to logos that directly include the name in the logo, or the letters of the name in the logo as well as designs where the logo stands alone with the name separate.

Side note: I work on high end studio features and network television shows. If you incorporate any film equipment into the logo, please make sure it is cinema quality gear and not something like a DSLR camera used by photographers. Thank you
