Fleck Foam, LLC is a sister company to Fleck Exterior Systems, Inc. Fleck Foam cuts custom architectural shapes out of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS). The EPS is utilized in the application of EIFS / Stucco for architectural effects in the exterior cladding of buildings. I started just cutting the shapes for my own business (Fleck Exterior), but later I had other companies calling me asking for custom shapes. I typically cut the specific designed shapes with a CNC Hotwire machine. The foam starts out on a large 8 ft. block, then I use the hotwire to cut custom shapes out of the block (see attached photos). I typically do architectural shapes that can't be done by hand, such as cornice pieces at the top of a wall with arches or radiuses, or perhaps a bull nosed chair rail at about 3 ft above the finished floor. However, recently I have been cutting steps for a pool contractor, who then base coats them and wraps with a vinyl liner. Looking for a logo that will incorporate the letter "F" while also representing what I do, which is create custom special shapes.
