    The target audience is typically upper-middle class professionals. They own or are connected to one of the Olympic equestrian disciplines or other equestrian sports. They enjoy the aesthetic of horses in motion and the tradition of horse sports, but also are tech savvy.

    BASCULE is a marketing firm for equestrians, owned and operated by equestrians. The term "bascule" is used to describe the shape of a horse's topline (head, neck, shoulders, back and hindquarters) at the apex of a jump (image of a horse showing great bascule is attached).
    Equestrians are very detail oriented and will notice (and discuss in detail) any flaws in a horse's jumping style if the logo design is literal, so something stylized is best.
    Equestrian sport is also a a combination of strict tradition and high tech innovation. Sleek, modern outlines with more traditional colors work well.
