    We’re doing another contest as now we see that we need to give feedback along the way as the designs are uploaded. We will definitely give more feedback this time around!
    We’re looking for a logo that includes the main rock climbing attractions in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We uploaded a few photos that may help to show the structures we’re looking for and the density/thickness of the trees here. We want to incorporate The Needles, Devil’s Tower, the Spearfish Canyon rock walls and creek (see photos). This is a very outdoorsy community with a lot of rock climbing, yoga (including high lining), fishing, kayaking and hiking. We prefer a circle or square shape as that fits our needs, please no long vertical designs or horizontal landscapes. The background can be blue skies or sunset, bald eagles are present in the area so they could be added as well. We uploaded photos of the main landmarks (The Needles, Devil’s Tower, the Spearfish Canyon rock walls and creek) we want included and also a rough sketch of what we have in mind. The needles are beautiful gray granite with green and yellow patches mixed with white crystals. Devil's Tower is earth tones. Spearfish Canyon is cream limestone with black to blue streaks running down. It may seem a little busy with all the detail, but that’s what we like!
