    Tell us more about your audience, organisation or product.
    We are in the Dallas area of Texas but we serve Chicago style pizza and a few other Chicago related items. We are a small dine in and carry our restaurant (pictures attached) with about twenty tables. We have minimal decor right now but plan on going with a "Prohibition" theme along with Chicago related art, pictures, etc. We are a higher end pizza shop that focuses on quality and making sure it's true Chicago pizza. Our biggest customer base is people from Chicago who have moved to Texas. We have a mix of blue collar south side types along with higher end customers. Our prices are pretty high, along with quality, so we want to portray a quality image.

    Our current slogan is "A true Chicago Pizza Pizzeria" which one of the owner has a strong preference for but another popular idea is something like "Pizza, The Chicago Way" ("The Chicago Way" being a reference to that move the Untouchables)

    Try not to focus on the Chicago sports teams, we want to stay away from appearing to be a sports bar
