Tell us more about your audience, organisation or product.

We are a team of about 200 (99% male) that maintains railroad track. It involves a lot of hard physical labor out in the elements. Some iconic symbols would be a railroad track, track spike, rail, spike maul (a type of hammer specific to the RR industry). Would like somewhat of a circular or square design that could fit on a T shirt pocket, coin, hard hat sticker, etc. We also use maps a lot so an outline of the state may be appropriate. Bulldogs are famous here in GA, but would need a tasteful RR twist to be a winner.
