    Alcala Change Consulting is a change management consulting company. We work with businesses to plan and implement large-scale, complex change that is driven by process, organization, or technology innovation. Our focus is on the "people" side of change. We help engage and prepare the workforce to be able to quickly assimilate changes and become proficient with the improved way of doing business. Our services include stakeholder management, communications management, process design, organization design, and training. We often engage in projects where technology is driving the change and are focused on making sure the technology is configured to meet the business need, and then work with the clients to develop and implement plans for getting their workforce up, running, and successful with the new technology. We set the direction, provide a path, and enable people to take action.

    My style is clean, simple, uncluttered, classic, and professional. I value ideas that are conveyed in the simplest way possible. I attached a few logo's to demonstrate the idea of simplicity. I also like overlapping hues that are semi-transparent and create different hues when they overlap. I also like simple, artistic images created with one or two lines. If you are a true artist, you will be able to read this design brief and perhaps create a concept that I might not have considered.
