Tampa is located on the Gulf Coast of Florida, U.S. Its economy has a fair share of insurance, finance, retail, national defense, healthcare, shipping by air and sea, tourism, sports, and real estate sectors. Since the city is home to so many sectors, facing fierce competition in your domain is common. So to stand out, you need a unique logo design that speaks volumes about your business. It also enables people to recognize your business from afar.
How to make your Tampa Bay logo design stand out
Pick your niche
Choosing the right niche is essential in logo design. It lets you pick appropriate icons, symbols, and elements that signify your brandmark. So, determine whether you want to start a business in tourism, finance, sports, defense, or any other industry. Once you have chosen the right industry, it simplifies the element selection process.
Choose a logo type
After niche or industry selection, hop on to decide the type of logo you want for your Tampa business. Do you want your Tampa logo to be lettermarks, mascots, wordmarks, or anything else? Choose a logotype that reflects the core identities of your brand. Also, consider the scenarios in which it will be utilized, such as social media platforms, email signatures, brochures, business cards, and other relevant mediums.
Consider font & color
Font and color selections are vital elements that hold equal priority to industry and type selections. Colors are linked to emotions, evoking varied feelings such as fun, playfulness, trust, reliability, etc. Therefore, choose a color that reflects your mission statement and brand values. Likewise, pick a font that best suits your brand identity and signifies what your business stands for.
You can get your brandmark in minimalist to illustrative, typographic, and modern forms. It depends on you whether you want your logo design to be just a symbol, a letter mark, or a combination of both.
