 is a dark-leaved evergreen tree cultivated for two spices derived from its fruit: nutmeg, from its seed, and mace, from the seed covering. It is also a commercial source of an essential oil and nutmeg butter. The California nutmeg, Torreya californica, has a seed of similar appearance, but is not closely related to Myristica fragrans, and is not used as a spice. If consumed in amounts exceeding its typical use as a spice, nutmeg powder may produce allergic reactions, cause contact dermatitis, or have psychoactive effects.[2] Although used in traditional medicine for treating various disorders, nutmeg has no known medicinal value.[2])

1) Click and drag your best designs from left column (All Designs) and drop them into the right column (Portfolio Designs). Similarly if you want to remove some designs from your portfolio, pick and drop the designs from the right column to the left column.
2) You can arrange the positions of your designs as per your choice. They will be shown on your profile, the same way you arrange them here.
3) Don't forget to "Save" your changes before your exit.
