    “The Amity Group Foundation is a Charlotte based non-profit that provides co-pay and deductible assistance to people living with or at risk for HIV disease. We are a Ryan White Foundation Grant recipient and by collaborating with local pharmacies and medical practices, we are offer medication for PrEP at no out of pocket cost to qualified patients and offer the choice of pharmacy pick-up or free confidential delivery to home or office for those who need privacy. **

    The Amity Group also helps to pay down deductibles for patients on high-deductible plans to prevent interruptions in treatment for HIV, Hep C, and Diabetes. We also work to enroll lower income patients* without insurance in the manufacturer patient assistance plan. We also provide confidential access to HIV testing and treatment.

    * Truvada can be provided free from the manufacturer to patients with no insurance, who make less than $78,000 per year.
    ** qualifying conditions and restrictions apply including use of participating pharmacies and healthcare providers.
