PrideStaff is a national staffing franchise with more than 85 offices in the United States. In the year 2020, we are running a rocket-themed campaign to incentivize our offices to grow their operations by 20%. This poster is meant to provide a resource for tracking metrics throughout the year. The idea is as follows;

The image should be that of a rocket ship docked in its launching pad. The rocket ship should be broken up into 4 parts to make up the 4 quarters of the year; Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4; and within each quarter there should be the individual months; January through December. This will make up the Gross Margin section of tracking for our offices. Their goal is to grow in GM$ by $16,883 per month, totaling $50,649 per quarter, and ultimately about $202,000 for the year 2020. The idea is for the offices to be able to slowly fill in the body of the rocket as the reach their goals/milestones (sort of like a thermometer tracker.)

The launch pad will also act as a tracker for another series of metrics. Offices will earn extra points for acquiring 20 new clients in a quarter, and if they achieve $20,000 from Direct Hire services within any given month.
