    What is your organization or website name?
    Virginia Pride Running Club
    Briefly describe what you do and your target audience.
    Need a web site that allows clients to sign up for cross country immediately. We will also offers more sports later. I am looking for a home page that contains these menu items in the Word document. The site should be responsive design and html5 and vue js for the signup form.Does not have to be Vue.js open to other JavaScript libraries. It should be Bootstrap 3 for sure.If you can first provide a Photoshop Mockup we can start from there.

    What would you like on each page?
    In your Photoshop mockup I expect to have a menu that contains these links on each of the 2 pages you design. The home page and the form signup page should have the menu in the design. The menu is in the Word document. For the form pages I want to capture the information from the two screen grabs.I have put in the form.
    List any colors, themes or other elements that you don't want included.
    No images for buttons. Too difficult to maintain.
