We see male and female patients aged 15 and up
Motto - We treat you like a person before we treat you as a patient.
List of services we treat include: Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Diabetes, Asthma, COPD, Hypothyroidism, Depression, Chronic Conditions, Wellness Physicals, Women's Health, Men's Health, Migraines, Anemia, Weight Management
Would like an about us section with pictures of providers and staff

What ideas do you have for the style/theme of your website design?
Very clear and concise wording, professional design with healthcare look and feel - would like an "about us" section with pictures of providers and staff, new patient forms to download. Our main color is royal blue and I have uploaded our logo for inspiration
