What is your organization or website name?
DMEforLess
Briefly describe what you do and your target audience.
- DMEforLess sells braces and supports to treat bones and tendons from orthopedic injuries. We can braces from head all the way to the toes. For ex. Neck braces, back braces, wrist braces, knee braces, ankle braces.

- This site will market to end users (not doctors). So the mom looking for an ankle brace for their student athlete, or the baby boomer with heel pain, etc.
- Online store (my web platform is BigCommerce.com. This can change if needed)

Critical Features:
- Landing page features products
-Landing page with categories to select to narrow down choices
- Product customer review rating (stars) show as in my competitors sites
- add/remove/change products as needed (I will want to ability to do this myself)
- Ability to add limitless products (i.e. 300). I don't need you to populate this. I just need the capabilities to do so as my business grows.
- add/remove/change categories as needed
- add/remove/change banners as needed
- add/remove/change sales products as needed
- have a place for video instructions for each product. Here is an example video you can use to upload.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFoIcEkqWyM
- The ability for a customer to log in and have their own account/account number. This would hold the contact information on the customer that they populate when signing up (phone/email/address/name) They can then pull up prior orders, get tracking etc.
- Ability for a customer to purchase as a guest if they do not want sign up for an account.
- Within each product page there needs to be an option for me to add a way for the customer to choose sizing. This will change depending on the product. Some products are right/left, some are small/med/large, some are both. I need the ability to turn these features on or off based on the product I am loading.
Here is an example of what my competitor does for the Thumb Spica. I listed my Thumb Spica content in the attachments so you can work on the same features for my site. (I uploaded description in JPEG and Word).
- an educational blog like area to post articles such as this
https://www.braceability.com/blogs/articles/horse-riding-can-hurt-your-back
- ability to link to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/Linked In
I uploaded an image of the categories I need at the bottom of the landing page titles 'DMEforLess Information options' and uploaded my content for the 'Why Choose Us' page (JPEG and Word format enclosed)

Would love to have features:
- an image of a body on the landing page were you can click on a body part and products will pop up as suggestions on the landing page
- a chat bubble pop up on the landing page
- a call us now bubble pop up on the landing page
- It would be fun to play with the little running man in my logo. Maybe he is the cursor? Use your imagination :)
- Ability to have an area for a promo code for additional discounts
- Ability to link suggested complementary items to a product. For example a customer pulls up a page for an ankle brace and there is a special gel pad accessory available for an additional fee. Have this accessory offered on the same page as the ankle brace. They would add the gel pad to their order by checking a box.

Competitors
This company does well online. Their website design looks so basic and boring to me. I think we can do so much better with DMEforLess.com! I do like how it list so many products on the initial page. I suspect this company does well because the site is pretty simple.
https://www.braceability.com/
I do like how they have a sizing chart you can click on with the ruler. This is what I mean:
https://www.braceability.com/products/bariatric-plus-size-knee-brace
Then once you click on it this pulls up
https://www.braceability.com/products/bariatric-plus-size-knee-brace
If I can have the option to do this on my store that would be wonderful!

Love the design here
https://www.betterbraces.com/
This is a retail store for a very, very large company (way out of my league, LOL)

I need to hold all the rights to the design, so if I want to alter this design I can rehire the designer who built the site or choose to work with another designer.

Please let me know if you need more detail.

Select your industry
Medical & Pharmaceutical
What ideas do you have for the style/theme of your website design?
People of all ages in movement
Many products displayed that are easy to click on.
What would you like on each page?
On the main page I want customers to have the option to choose from product categories to narrow down what they are looking for. I attached an images of category options titled 'categories 1, 2, 3'

Also, maybe an image of a body that has areas you can roll over to have options pop up (i.e. wrist, knee, back)

Is there anything else you would like to communicate to the designers?
Please know that the products DMEforLess sells are for sprains, strains, fractures, etc. So images of the body must include bones, ligaments, muscles, etc (images of arteries, organs, nervous system are not applicable to what I sell).
Other image that would be appropriate:
Walking (maybe person walking a dog)
Playing a sport (Football, Basketball, Soccer)
Running
