    Needs to be patriotic - Red, White & Blue. Both members of the team are US Military Veterans. We are real estate sales agents in Arizona. Names are Chad Fisher and Charles "Chuck" Stuart. Want to convey message of being a full-service real estate agent, while only charging 1% to sell homes for the selling broker commissions. Our niche will be working with veterans, service members, first responders. The team is V.E.T. - Veteran Elite Team. My broker logo must be on the card. Logo attached. I also attached a card from prior marketing campaign. 50 STATES® Realty must have STATES capitalized with the registered trademark after. All designs also need the REALTOR logo and Fair Housing logo (they are on the door hanger I attached.)

    VET - Veteran Elite Team consists of two Arizona licensed real estate agents, Charles "Chuck" Stuart and Chad Fisher. We are US Army Veterans. Our goal is to work with other veterans, service members and first responders for their home search or home sale. We only charge 1% commission to sell a home, saving the home owner thousands in their sale ( for any homeowner, not just veterans). While we only charge 1% commission to sell a home (as opposed to the traditional 3%), we still provide a full-service sale experience. We also contribute 20% of our commission to closing costs for veterans, service members and first responders.
    The logo must be patriotic, and feature the color scheme red, white and blue, and must immediately relate to real estate at first glance.
