Coach*Ability

COACH*ABILITY is a start-up consulting business focused on providing comprehensive services to its clients in the sports industry. As change agents with nearly fifty years of combined experience, COACH*ABILITY consultants will educate, train and mentor sports administrators, coaches and athletes in making a positive impact in the athletic arena and beyond. Using experiential learning techniques, COACH*ABILITY consultants will focus on leading the leaders, coaching the coaches and advancing the athletes to enhance growth, development and success of the entire operations of a sports program.

COACH*ABILITY will use effective assessment tools to identify challenges within various areas of team management and will offer solution-driven, individually-designed programming that caters to the needs of its clients. Through interactive, engaging and dynamic sessions with COACH*ABILITY consultants, clients will explore best practices for team development.

COACH*ABILITY will provide transformative coaching services to maximize group dynamics, core competencies, effective leadership and coaching styles. We will enhance the standards of coaching development by providing organizations with the tools to provide age appropriate coaching techniques, and how to infuse life skills and character development in building a successful organization, department or team.
