Eli's background is rooted in startups with an emphasis in eCommerce. He was the director of Marketing for an action sport social network called Soul id, where he led the marketing efforts in one of the fastest growing social networks in the space. Soon after that he built a direct to consumer lifestyle brand called Winterial where the brand grew to 350+ products in the adventure sports segment. Kyle and Eli joined forces and launched Results Imagery, a media development company specializing in content creation for agencies and online retailers. Today, Results Imagery works with some of the top marketing agencies and household brands delivering conversion centric media assets.

Out of college he built a RN staffing agency called HPA Staffing. Staffing over 35 RN’s throughout California, becoming a top-producing RN staffing agency dedicated to California. In addition to HPA Staffing, Kyle held the position of VP of Marketing of Soul id. At Soul id he lead a marketing team, created oversea marketing campaigns and directed the team through different marketing techniques. With his experience with HPA Staffing and Soul id he gained financial, marketing, HR and SEO structuring skills. Through these experiences and collaboration with Eli, Results Imagery was founded. As the co-founder of Results Imagery he works to guide the company towards current trends in ecommerce and making sure it has the advantage in a competitive landscape while facilitating in the content creation for brands.
