Specifically the data streams coming out of commercial building systems. We are a data analytics company that specializes in master systems integration for commercial building automation systems. We use the data streams coming out the various building systems to provide data analytic services to our customer to allow them to better manage their assets by using the power of data.

    Our audience is commercial building owner, developers, property management companies, large enterprise business with large real estate holdings, and building service providers like mechanical and electrical contractors. We provide digital transformation of those real estate assets by integrating various building technologies like building automation, fire life safety, energy management, lighting systems, and security systems. Through the integration we are able to normalize the data stream and connect disparate systems together to share information. This data stream of these systems is then leveraged to provide more value of the managed asset through data analytics. The value comes from the building owners and operates being able to make better business decisions about how they manage that asset and provide more value to their building tenants, This things could be better energy management, system maintenance and fault detection, improved occupant comfort, lifecycle cost of assets within the building, and operational cost savings.
