What do you provide in merchandise design?
Design files in format that can be printed as well as used online. The files are in the format of- .ai, .psd, .pdf, .png, .jpg. Our designer make sure that the print files are in CMYK color mode while file for online uses are in RGB mode. Also, you get the full copyright of the file.
Do I need to prepare something for my merchandise design?
Of course! There is no one who can give better explanation of your brand, it's requirement and the design inspiration you have. Therefore, we would love that you brief our designers about your requirement and that is all we ask from your side.
What if I need designs for more than one type of merchandise?
In your current contest, you get one merchandise design which you have chosen as a winner. If you need any additional merchandise design then you can either choose a second winner from the contest or start a new contest or else you can work on one to one project with the winning designer. For e.g. if you find two tshirt design that you love, you can select those two as winner. Else if you want you can start a new design contest or hire the winning designer to make a new design.
What if I wanted to use my own image in the design?
Please upload the image that you want to be used in the design in the brief section and our
designers would use that image in their designs.

Do you provide any combo design pack?
Yes, we do. You can choose from several combo pack like- logo & business card design, logo & social media cover design and many more such combo pack. These packs can help you save hundreds of dollar.
How many design iterations can I get?
The designers would give you unlimited number of iterations till you are satisfied. The thing to note here would be that there should not be major design changes after you select a winning design.
How can I work with the same designer in future?
Through our one to one projects you can easily work with a designer of your preference in future. Also, if you haven't conducted any contest and have selected the designer by viewing their profile. You can easily invite them to collaborate and if they accept your proposal then you can move forward with your work.
Do I get the copyright of the design?
Absolutely. Once you choose a contest winner then the designer submits all the files to you and you hold their copyrights. The designer also signs off on a design transfer agreement and hands over complete rights to the designs to you.
Is there a money back guarantee?

Is there a way to make my logo design brief confidential?
