    Please design a label for an herbal product which will come in both liquid and capsular form. It should be able to be applied to different bottles of various sizes. It should contain list of the ingredients, contact information, bar code, nutritional content, quantity for each bottle, direction on how to take the product, warning to be avoided by pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, warning the product hasn't been evaluated by FDA and to consult your physician before use.
