Parents of children 6 months to 5 years. Most of my clients are first responders as drowning effects them at work and potentially at home. Here are the lesson descriptions: Survival Float: Designed for children 6 months+ and able to sit up, unassisted, for longer than 5 seconds. This is a basic survival skill. Your child will learn to rotate, from any underwater position, into a basic back float. They will be taught to rest and breathe on their back until help arrives. https://youtu.be/hVf8Pijc1AA
Swim-Float-Swim: Your child will be taught to swim face down with eyes open and when they need to breathe they roll on their back to float, rest and breathe. They can now flip back over onto their tummy to continue swimming until he or she reaches a point of safety. https://youtu.be/z3_B_O8Qcjo
