    - We do not have any slogan or Tagline as of yet. But would like to have one which we can use on and off whenever required. Though it shall fit well with the logo when used in graphical representation.

    Lohia Developers is a real estate company in New Delhi, India. The company is planning to launch an ultra luxury residential condominium project and requires a new logo.

    - Company Branding: we want to completely rebrand Lohia Developers India Pvt Ltd with brand new corporate Identity built from scratch. The Logo shall look solid and have a easy remembrance.

    - It is going to be a major participant in next wave of Real estate companies which will make big, therefore the application of the same shall be the key.

    - The logo shall be independent of use and shall be able to use with the company name. We want to completely do away with the current logo as it looks dated and does not speak of the kind of building we would like to build in future.

    - Current Identitiy definitely does not work, Hence we have decided to bring freshness in everything we want to do. Brand positioning is the main reason for re-launching/redesigning the logo.

    - Corporate Branding is the immediate requirement; hence we would need the same ASAP.

    - Our customer will be very mixed as the usage would range from young and wealthy entrepreneurs who have bountiful of money. Moreover, answer to this question will be more neutral for company branding but will be variable from project level branding.

    - Trust, Dreams, Aspiration, Aesthetics, Belief, Desire would form the basis of companies various projects that it will undertake.

    - All Leading developers would be so called competition.

    ?- Dreams, Aspirations, Aesthetics, Beauty, Belief, Direction, Desire, Living, Lifestyle would all formulate how the logo shall be perceived. This is very different from current perception.

    - Not sure of exact wording in the logo! Ideally I would expect to come from experts like yourself.
    - No big story behind the company name. It was quiet easy as all the company with in the group are preceded by the activity and our surname. Hence Lohia Developers came into existence.
    - They shall be able to experience the brand, its value from looking at the visuals, adverts. The graphics shall be able to build a story which shall be like no other existing and shall be true to the projects.
