COMEBACK Advocates is a group of recovering professionals who have directly experienced the benefits of recovery in our professional lives. Untreated alcoholism and addiction affect millions of employees, and their families, every single day. Employers adopt standardized substance abuse policies that do little to prevent an employee from spiraling out of control and destroying their life. We aim to serve as a resource for companies to provide that employee with a path towards recovery. Upon building relationships with employers we will then work with hiring managers to supply qualified newly recovering alcoholics and drug addicts into entry level positions at those organizations.

We feel strongly that we must avoid alarm colors. We do not want to focus on rebirth or symbols of rebirth, such as a phoenix.

What feelings do you want your logo to provoke?
Our target audience are the human resource executives in the technology sector. We know that engineering staff are at a higher likelihood of abusing illicit substances. We are technology professionals ourselves.

Our logo should convey strength, determination and resolve - just as we do in our personal lives. Our logo should be eye catching and memorable - when we share our stories of our recovery with employers those stories are very memorable.

Our non-profit will eventually become a national solution and will enter into various markets in the US, our logo should be flexible to do so.
