    COMPANY:

    We provide loans to developers who want to build or renovate homes and residential buildings. You can learn more at our website: https://mansbycapital.com/


    FEELING:

    We want our logo to represent professionalism, stability, and friendliness. We want to convey that we are a modern company with traditional values. We want customers to know that we are trustworthy, approachable, and easy to work with. 


    SLOGAN:

    We do not necessarily want to incorporate a tagline with the logo, but we are open to ideas for including it. If you decide to use it, the slogan should be "Real Estate Bridge Loans".


    CONCEPTS:

    We are open to a variety of ideas and concepts for this logo. We like a lot of the initial logos we have seen (using "MC"), as well as some of the simpler abstract shapes. As we only work with residential developers, we are also open to incorporating houses and/or buildings into the design. You can see a few rough concepts in the attached files. Feel free to experiment and expand on these.


    COLORS:

    We would like some suggestions for a creative color palette on a white background. We do not want too many colors, but are open to subtle gradients and other minimal uses. We are located in the North Eastern United States, known for its vibrant autumn colors. The attached photo of trees with the red, orange, and yellow leaves is a good representation of the colors we would like to incorporate. As a primary color, we feel a pumpkin orange might be a good fit. You can also search Google Images for "sugar maple fall colors" to get a better idea of what colors we are looking for.


    STYLE:

    More than anything we are looking for a clean and simple logo that comes across as professional and established. We do not want to appear "rich" or "industrial". 


    FONT:

    We have been drawn to logos with heavier serif fonts (see attached) and are open to suggestions.


    FORMATS:

    We prefer logos with a graphic on the left and text on the right, but are open to different ideas and will probably want a top/bottom version included with the final files as well.
