    This will be for an Integrative/Functional medicine/wellness practice. The F.I. stands for Functional and Integrative. Functional Medicine is often abbreviated as Fx. Our initial thought for the name Fixed was a blend of FI/Fx with Med(icine) plus it aptly describes the goal of functional medicine; find a solution to underlying medical conditions instead of just treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals. Doctor and patient work together to make lifestyle and diet changes in concert with supplements/medication, as needed. I also have an affinity for elephants and Ganesha, so I am hopeful that one or the other can be creatively incorporated somehow.

    Our audience are patients that are looking for more natural and holistic treatments for their health. Also, patients who have had chronic diseases that have not found answers from the conventional approach to medicine.
